Abstract:
A rotor core manufacturing method including: a lamination step for laminating first steel sheets to be laminated, each having multiple piece-like parts arranged in a circumferential direction with intervals therebetween and multiple protrusion parts each protruding from an outer surface of a base part toward the outside in a radial direction with at least a portion being positioned in the intervals; a fixing step comprising a base part fixing step for fixing the base parts together and a piece-like part fixing step for fixing the piece-like parts together; and a removal step for removing the protrusion parts of the laminated steel sheets toward the outside in the radial direction.
