Abstract:
A rotor device (83) of an integrated starter-generator and a rotor working system are provided. The rotor device (83) is provided with a nondetachable structure intergrally processed after cast as one piece. The rotor device (83) takes the shape of a straw hat and is provided with an external side surface (11) of a hat top, an external side surface (13) of a hat brim, an inner side surface (12) of the hat brim and a surface (14) which connects the external side surface (11) of the hat top with the external side surface (13) of the hat brim. The external side surface (11) of the hat top of the rotor device (83) is provided with a plurality of through holes (1) used for fixing with a crankshaft (82). The inner side surface (12) of the hat brim of the rotor device (83) is provided with a plurality of screwed holes (2) used for connecting with a clutch (85). The screwed holes (2) pass through the external side surface (13) of the hat brim corresponding to the inner side surface (12) of the hat brim. The rotor device (83) takes the place of a traditional assembled rotor device which comprises a rotor supporting frame of an electric machine, an engine flywheel, a clutch driving disc and so on. Stability and consistency of the system of the integrated starter-generator are improved.
