Abstract:

A rotor is provided with: a rotor core having a cylindrical outer peripheral surface with the axis as the center, and having a first end part and a second end part which are the two axial-direction end parts of the rotor core; a first permanent magnet disposed in a region including the first end part of the rotor core; and a second permanent magnet disposed in a region including the second end part of the rotor core. The first permanent magnet is inclined so that the distance from the axis to the first permanent magnet increases as the first end part is approached along the axial direction. The second magnet is inclined so that the distance from the axis to the second permanent magnet increases as the second end part is approached along the axial direction.
