Title:
ROTOR AND ELECTRIC MOTOR HAVING EMBEDDED PERMANENT MAGNET
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/150652
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A rotor (50) is provided with a plurality of magnets (2) and an annular rotor core (1) having formed along the circumferential direction a plurality of magnet insertion holes (5) in which the magnets (2) are inserted. Each of the magnet insertion holes (5) is shaped so that a projecting part (A) is provided on an inner wall surface oriented inward in the radial direction of the rotor (50), and each of the magnets (2) is provided with a concave part that mates with the projecting part (A) on being inserted into the magnet insertion hole (5). This configuration makes it possible to provide a high-reliability and high-quality stator (50) in which the magnets (2) are easily secured in place and any vibration noise or cracking due to the magnets (2) moving during start-up or rotation can be suppressed.
