Title:
ROTOR FOR ELECTRIC MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/014728
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A single pole, which is composed of a pair of first permanent magnets positioned in a V-shape that opens toward the outer periphery, and a second permanent magnet positioned parallel in the circumferential direction to the open part of the V-shape, is provided with a plurality of rotor cores that are disposed in a circumferential direction, and the polarity of which alternately change. Among a plurality of pitch lines that connect a rotor shaft center and a plurality of notches that inscribe from the d axis to the q axis of the outer periphery of a rotor core at electrical degree intervals of 1 cycle of a harmonic component of an induced voltage, using an object that exists between a line, which connects a corner on the outer periphery side of a rotor of the second permanent magnet and the rotor shaft center, and the q-axis, as a base point, a groove, having a groove center within a range sandwiched between a position shifted 1/4 of a cycle of a harmonic component in electrical degrees in the d-axis direction from said base point, and a position shifted 1/8 of a cycle of a harmonic component in electrical degrees in the q-axis direction, is formed.
