Abstract:

The present invention relates to a rotor and a motor including the same and, more specifically, to a rotor capable of more intensively using the magnetic flux of a magnet and a motor including the rotor. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided are a rotor and a motor including the same, the rotor comprising: a plurality of rotor cores; a plurality of magnets alternating with the rotor cores along the circumferential direction and magnetized to form magnetic flux in the circumferential direction; a coupler connected with a shaft; and a rotor frame having a coupler base connected with the coupler, an extending base extending from the coupler base in the radial direction, and a rotary base extending from the extending base in the direction of the rotary axis of the shaft to support the rotor cores and the magnets while surrounding the same.
