Abstract:
A rotor (30) disclosed herein comprises: a cylindrical rotor core (31) in which a plurality of magnet holes (32) extending in the axial direction are formed; a plurality of permanent magnets (34) accommodated in the plurality of magnet holes (32); and an end plate (36) attached to one axial end of the rotor core (31). The inner walls of the magnet holes (32) and the permanent magnets (34) are bonded to each other with a resin material (35). The end plate (36) comprises a through-hole (37) having an area equal to or less than one half of the area of the magnet holes (32). At least a portion of the through-hole (37) overlaps the magnet holes (32) when viewed in the axial direction.
