Abstract:

In the present invention, a rotor core includes first and second cores that overlap each other in a direction along an axis. The first core has a first core body and a plurality of first protrusions that protrude from the outer circumferential portion of the first core body towards the outside in the radial direction. The second core has a second core body that overlaps the first core body and a plurality of second protrusions that protrude from the outer circumferential portion of the second core body towards the outside in the radial direction. When viewing the rotor core along the axis, portions of the second protrusions project from the first protrusions towards the outside in the circumferential direction as projected portions. Also, when viewing the rotor core along the axis, the edge faces of the projected portions continue smoothly towards the outside in the radial direction to the edge faces of the first protrusions towards the outside in the radial direction.
