Provided is a rotor used for an inner rotor type motor, the rotor including: a shaft centered on a central axis extending vertically; a rotor core fixed to the shaft; and a rotor magnet supported by the rotor core. The rotor core is provided with: a central hole, in which the shaft is press-fitted; and a plurality of through-holes which axially pass through the rotor core and are arranged along a circumferential direction. An inner peripheral surface of the central hole is provided with a plurality of fitting protrusions, which are arranged along the circumferential direction, radially protrude toward the inner side, and contact the shaft on a distal end surface thereof. The plurality of fitting protrusions comprise high surface pressure fitting protrusions and low surface pressure fitting protrusions, which are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction. In the rotor core, at least one among the shapes and the arrangements of the through-holes are different from each other on an outer side in a radial direction of the high surface pressure fitting protrusions and an outer side in a radial direction of the low surface pressure fitting protrusions. The surface pressures at distal end surfaces of the high surface pressure fitting protrusions are higher than those at distal end surfaces of the low surface pressure fitting protrusions.
