Abstract:
A rotor (100) and a motor. The rotor (100) comprises: a rotor core (1) and a plurality of permanent magnets (2), wherein the rotor core (1) is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves, the plurality of permanent magnets (2) are arranged in the plurality of mounting grooves in a one-to-one correspondence manner, materials of the permanent magnets (2) in the at least two mounting grooves are different, the plurality of mounting grooves comprise a first mounting groove (11), and a permanent magnet (2) arranged in the first mounting groove (11) comprises a first magnet (21) and a second magnet (22) which are arranged in a segmented manner.
