Abstract:
Provided is a rotating-electrical-machine rotor 1 provided with a cylindrical core 3, a permanent magnet 4 affixed to the outer peripheral surface of the core 3, and an annular film 5 that is formed through the spraying of solid-state conductive particles onto the core 3 and permanent magnet 4 and integrates the core 3 and permanent magnet 4. As a result, it is possible to suppress peeling of the permanent magnet 4 resulting from centrifugal force during rotation and increasing of the permanent magnet 4 temperature resulting from harmonic loss.
