Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a rotor shaft support disk for a rotor-type open-end spinning frame with which a fiber bundle is continuously towed, twisted, and formed into a yarn at a high speed while restructuring the fiber bundle into a more even fiber layer by means of a centrifugal air stream formed by a high-speed rotator, more specifically, a technique for producing a disk that holds and supports the rotor shaft of a rotor-type open-end spinning frame, the rotor shaft rotating at a high speed. [Solution] The rotor shaft support disk for a rotor-type open-end spinning frame is a disk for supporting the rotor shaft of a rotor-type open-end spinning frame, and is characterized in that the peripheral edge surface of the disk has been bonded to and covered with a rubber member through an adhesive and that the rubber member is constituted of a rubber member obtained by vulcanizing, with a peroxide, a hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) having a combined-acrylonitrile content of 18-44 wt% and/or a modification product thereof.
