Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a rotor structure of a direct start-up synchronous reluctance motor and a motor. The rotor structure of a direct start-up and synchronous reluctance motor comprises: a rotor iron core, wherein a plurality of slit grooves are provided on the rotor iron core, two ends of each slit groove are respectively provided with a filling groove to form a magnetic barrier layer, first ends of the filling grooves are disposed adjacent to the slit grooves, second ends of the filling grooves are disposed to extend outwards along the radial direction of the rotor iron core, the second end of at least one filling groove and a sidewall of a side away from a d-axis side of the rotor iron core are provided with an oblique edge structure so that magnetic flux will not change suddenly when the d-axis magnetic flux of the rotor iron core enters a stator along a channel formed at the oblique edge structure. Such settings may reduce the reluctance torque ripple of a motor, thereby reducing the vibration and noise generated therefrom, and also may increase d-axis inductance, increase the difference in magnetic flux between the d-axis and the q-axis, produce higher reluctance torque, increase the output torque of a motor provided with the described rotor structure, and improve the efficiency of the motor.
