Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rotor structure of a flux concentrated type motor having a magnet separation preventing device, and more particularly, to a rotor structure of a magnetic flux concentrated type motor comprising: permanent magnet insertion slots disposed in a rotor core along a circumferential direction in a radial shape with a predetermined interval; permanent magnets disposed in the permanent magnet insertion slots; and a rotation axis coupled to the rotor core, wherein the rotor structure of a magnetic flux concentrated type motor is characterized by comprising: first apertures disposed in a radial shape in spaces between the permanent magnet insertion slots; a through hole disposed at the lower end of each of the first apertures and connected to the corresponding first aperture; and a magnet separation preventing device comprising a penetration member inserted into the through hole to penetrate the rotor core in an axial direction, a first coupling ring disposed on the upper surface of a rotor and coupled to an end of one side of the penetration member, and a second coupling ring disposed on the lower surface of the rotor and coupled to an end of the other side of the penetration member. Therefore, the present invention can prevent the permanent magnet from being damaged by preventing scattering or separation of a permanent magnet in an axis or radius direction of a rotor core when a motor rotates, and can improve efficiency of the motor by preventing magnetic flux leakage by inserting a bar formed of a non-magnetic material.
