Abstract:
A rotor structure, a permanent magnet auxiliary synchronous reluctance motor and an electric vehicle, the rotor structure comprising a rotor body (10) and outer layer permanent magnets (20). The rotor body (10) is opened thereon with a magnetic steel groove group; the magnetic steel groove group comprises an outer layer magnetic steel groove (11), and the outer layer magnetic steel groove (11) comprises a plurality of magnetic steel groove segments; at least two magnetic steel groove segments of the plurality of magnetic steel groove segments are oppositely disposed in the radial direction of the rotor body (10) and are located at two sides of the straight axis of the rotor body (10). The outer layer permanent magnets (20) are disposed within the magnetic steel groove segments, wherein outer layer permanent magnets (20) located in the two oppositely disposed magnetic steel groove segments have a length of L, and the maximum distance between two oppositely disposed magnetic steel groove segments is C, 0.8×C≤L. By means of arranging the outer layer magnetic steel groove of the magnetic steel groove group on the rotor body, more permanent magnets are placed within the unit rotor volume, which generates larger permanent magnet torque, improves motor q-axis inductance, increases motor efficiency, reduces motor torque ripple, reduces motor vibration and noise, and improves demagnetization capabilities of the motor.
