Abstract:
This rotor unit is provided with an annular rotor core which surrounds a center shaft extending in the vertical direction, a plurality of magnets arrayed in the circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the rotor core, a holder which holds a plurality of the magnets with respect to the rotor core, and a rotor cover which houses the rotor core, a plurality of the magnets, and the holder. The holder has an upper surface which holds the upper end of the magnets, and concavities in the outer periphery of the upper surface. The rotor cover comprises a cylindrical part which surrounds the outer periphery of a plurality of the magnets, a bottom surface which holds the lower end of the plurality of the magnets, and an annular part which covers at least part of the upper end of the aforementioned upper surface; the annular part has recesses which overlap with the concavities in the axial direction.
