Abstract:
Disclosed are a rotor used for an electric motor, an electric motor and a compressor. The rotor comprises: a rotor core (1), with a shaft hole (11) and four magnet grooves (12) being provided on the rotor core; and four permanent magnets (2), the four permanent magnets being disposed in corresponding magnet grooves, and the permanent magnets comprising a first surface (21) and a second surface (22), wherein a projection on a base face of the first surface comprises a circular arc segment (211), and a projection on a base face of the second surface is formed of multiple linear segments connected in succession, the thickness H of the permanent magnets on a corresponding magnetic pole centre line, the length L projected in the base face of the second surface, and the radius R of the rotor core meeting the following relations: 0.24 ≤ H/R ≤ 0.26 and 1.07 ≤ L/R ≤ 1.11.
