Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to enable a rotor of a rotating electrical machine to be cooled appropriately. To this end, a shaft 100 through which cooling oil is caused to flow is provided with a substantially cylindrical rotor yoke 110 fitted to the shaft 100, a magnet 130 fitted to the rotor yoke 110, and a first end plate 160 which butts against one end of the rotor yoke 110, wherein: the rotor yoke 110 has a cooling oil passage 113 which is formed on the inner circumferential side of the magnet 130 and through which the cooling oil flows in an axial direction; the rotor yoke 110 accepts an axial direction pressing force via the first end plate 160; and the rotor yoke 110 and the first end plate 160 form a sealing portion which seals the cooling oil, in a segment positioned between the cooling oil passage 113 and the magnet 130 in the radial direction.
