Abstract:
A roughly shaped material (10) for forging which has been molded by extrusion
molding and the sectional shape of which perpendicular to the extrusion direction
changes in the extrusion direction. The roughly shaped material (10) is cut and
thereby divided in the extrusion direction, and the resultant piece materials
(11) are separately used in the divided state. In each piece material (11), the
sectional shape changes in the extrusion direction. Each piece material (11)
has a pair of first parallel parts (13) and (13) formed at both ends in the extrusion
direction, a second parallel part (15) formed between the two first parallel
parts and different in thickness from the first parallel parts (13), and tilting
parts (17) and (17) formed between each of the first parallel parts (13) and (13)
and the second parallel part (15).
