Abstract:
This invention is about the cylinder shaped refill bag (37). The container (25) which liquid pump body (19) is connected with the outlet cap (2) by using the nut tube (14) of the container exit has the top container(32) and the bottom container(33) that can be separated or combined. The top of the container(32), the place which is higher than the substance, has a male screw and the bottom container (33) has a male screw. The bottom center of the bottom container(33) has a semicircular shape in which the center is projected to the outside(29). The bottom center groove (29) is connected to the taper part (28) which is down-slided semicircle shape through the side wall and the bottom of the side wall. The bottom side of the bottom center groove (29) is flat (31) as a flat saucer(31). Bottom part of the induction tube (22) that is connected with the inside the pump body(19) of the top container (32) should touch the bottom center groove(29). It has the pump body that can extract substance. This has the semicircle shaped bottom center that is projected to the bottom, and the induction tube that is connected with the pump body touches the bottom center groove, so all substances can be used. It will prevent from wasting substance, also the top(32) and the bottom container(33) can be separated with screws. This is about the cylinder shaped refill bag (37) that can put the cylinder shaped refill bag (37) directly into the pump container for liquid.

Claims
1. The container (25) to which the pump body (19) is connected with the outlet cap (2) by using the nut tube (14) of the container exit has the top container(32) and the bottom container(33), the top container has a male screw and the bottom container has a female screw, so it can separated and combined together. The bottom center of the bottom container(33) has semicircle shape that the center is projected to the outside(29). The bottom center groove (29) is connected to the taper part (28) which is downslided semicircle shape through the side wall and the bottom of the side wall because of the inertia. The bottom side of the bottom center groove (29) is flat (31) as a flat saucer. Bottom part of the induction tube (22) that is connected with the inside the pump body(19) of the top container (25) should touch the bottom center groove(29). The pump container which is for the recycling liquid has clear top container and the bottom container, and the spiral shaped container entrance(38) of the refill bag which is used in the container is connected with the pump body (20). This cylinder shaped refill bag (37) has the semicircle shape(39) of bottom center that is projected(29) to the bottom, it is the same shape with the bottom container(33) and made of clear material.

LIQUID TO REUSE

Technical Field

[1] This invention is about the cylinder refill bag (37) that is put in the pump body for extracting liquid. There is a screw shape thing on the top of the container which is for the cylinder refill bag (37), so the top and bottom container can be separated. Also the refill bag can be put directly in the container. The bottom of the container looks semicircle, it means that is a bottom groove (29) which is projected. Also the bottom of the absorbing tube is touching the center bottom groove. The material of the top container (32) and the bottom container (33) is translucent so we can check the inside easily. This cylinder shaped refill bag (37) is invented to put the pump container for refill purpose. Background Art

[2] Generally, the pump container means the container that can discharge the things through the pump on the top of the container. This is made just for discharge the things from the container, drawing 1 shows the general pump structure, drawing 2 shows general use of the pump container, drawing 3 shows the bottom of the pump container, drawing 4 shows the pump container that is used in this invention, drawing 5 shows the example of using the cylinder shaped refill bag and drawing 6 shows the sectional drawing of the cylinder shaped refill bag. It is consists of the top opened body (19), pump sub-material (13) that is connected to this body, outlet cap (2) which is connected to the top of this material and ball valves (10, 11. 16). There is projected bump (17) around the top outside of the body (19), and the cylinder tube (20) is installed in the bottom center, and the air hole (18) is installed in the designated location. The body should be inserted on the top of the container (25) and jointed with the nut tube (14), so the bump (17) can be hanging on the top of the inserting hole (24). Also put the packing ring (21) between the top of bump (17) and inserting hole (24) to prevent from leaking, and combine the designated length of the induction tube on the bottom of the cylinder tube (20). The pump sub-material (13) consists of cylinder shaped piston (9), piston path tube (12) and elastic spring (15). The piston tube (7) is installed on the top center of the piston (9), and valve hole which has ball valve (10) is installed beside the piston. The top of the piston path tube (12) is connected on top of the piston tube (7), and it's bottom is connected on top of the cylinder tube (20) of the body (19). The elastic spring (15) is located in the valve location which is in the bottom of the piston path tube (12) and bottom of the cylinder tube (20). Also the top

of the piston (9) is connected with the cover (6) that is connected with the spiral tube (5) on the top center, so the piston tube (7) can be shown on top of the spiral tube (5). The coupling tube (4) is installed on the bottom center of the outlet cap (2), and the jointing tube (3) which has spiral inside is installed on the out of the coupling tube, also the outlet exit (1) is made on the top. This outlet hole should be connected with the coupling tube (4) by the outlet hole (35) which is made on top inside the coupling tube (4). Two half tones are installed on the bottom of the outlet hole (35), and the outlet cap (2) can be connected with the piston tube (7) by putting the top of the piston tube of the coupling tube on outlet cap. When we try to extract, as drawing 2, the outlet cap (2) move up with the pump sub-material (13), and at the same time, the piston (9) and the piston path tube (12) move up together, so the suction power occurs in the cylinder tube (20). Then, the ball valve (16) is opened, so the substances (1) in the container (25) can be inducted into the cylinder tube (20) through the induction tube (22). When the suction is completed, the ball valve (16) move down into the cylinder tube (20) by the pressure of the inducted substance and close the bottom of the cylinder tube. As you can see from drawing 3, when the pump sub-material (13) and outlet cap (2) move up, if we push the outlet cap (2) to move the pump sub-material (13) down, the piston (9) and the piston path tube (12) also move down at the same time, and the inside the cylinder tube (20) will be charged with the pressure because of the compressed elastic spring (15). At this time, the substances (A) and the air in the cylinder tube (20) is compressed, and the bottom of the cylinder tube (20) is closed by the ball valve (16), so the compressed substances (A) and air move up through the piston path tube (12) and push the ball valve (10) to open and move out through halftone(36), outlet hole(35) and the outlet exit (1). When the substances (A) and the air go through the halftone, the particles spread and mixed balance. So the substances (A) can be flow out in the bubble because it is expanded when it go through the small outlet hole (35) and wide outlet exit (1). If we push the outlet cap (2) down, the substances (A) can flow out because of the cylinder tube (20) and piston path tube(12), and when we release the power, the piston path tube (12) move up because of the elasticity of the spring (15), so the piston (9) and the outlet cap (2) move up to the original location. At this time, the suction power occurs in the cylinder tube (20 ) because of the piston path tube (12) that moves up, so as drawing 2, this power make some substances (A) in the container (25) open the ball valve and inducted to the cylinder tube (20) again and wait until the next action. The induction tube (22) is installed near the bottom of the container (25), and as drawing 4, the bottom, side of the container (25) has the projected bottom (26), so the substances in the projected bottom (26) can't be used all and it can cause big economic and environmental damages. Moreover, the refill products for the existing container should be pour into

the small hole, so it is very inconvenient. For example, if the fluid is as slow as shampoo, it takes a long time to pour it all out. Also because the container is not clear, it is difficult to check the amount that you are pouring. Disclosure of Invention

Technical Problem

[3] It is consists of the top opened body (19), pump sub-material (13) that is connected to this body, outlet cap (2) which is connected to the top of this material and ball valves (10, 11. 16). There is projected bump (17) around the top outside of the body (19), and the cylinder tube (20) is installed in the bottom center, and the air hole (18) is installed in the designated location. The body should be inserted on the top of the container (25) and jointed with the nut tube (14), so the bump (17) can be hanging on the top of the inserting hole (24). Also put the packing ring (21) between the top of bump (17) and inserting hole (24) to prevent from leaking, and combine the designated length of the induction tube on the bottom of the cylinder tube (20). The pump sub- material (13) consists of cylinder shaped piston (9), piston path tube (12) and elastic spring (15). The piston tube (7) is installed on the top center of the piston (9), and valve hole which has ball valve (10) is installed beside the piston. The top of the piston path tube (12) is connected on top of the piston tube (7), and it's bottom is connected on top of the cylinder tube (20) of the body (19). The elastic spring (15) is located in the valve location which is in the bottom of the piston path tube (12) and bottom of the cylinder tube (20). Also the top of the piston (9) is connected with the cover (6) that is connected with the spiral tube (5) on the top center, so the piston tube (7) can be shown on top of the spiral tube (5). The coupling tube (4) is installed on the bottom center of the outlet cap (2), and the jointing tube (3) which has spiral inside is installed on the out of the coupling tube, also the outlet exit (1) is made on the top. This outlet hole should be connected with the coupling tube (4) by the outlet hole (35) which is made on top inside the coupling tube (4). Two half tones are installed on the bottom of the outlet hole (35), and the outlet cap (2) can be connected with the piston tube (7) by putting the top of the piston tube of the coupling tube on outlet cap. When we try to extract, as drawing 2, the outlet cap (2) move up with the pump sub-material (13), and at the same time, the piston (9) and the piston path tube (12) move up together, so the suction power occurs in the cylinder tube (20). Then, the ball valve (16) is opened, so the substances (1) in the container (25) can be inducted into the cylinder tube (20) through the induction tube (22). When the suction is completed, the ball valve (16) move down into the cylinder tube (20) by the pressure of the inducted substance and close the bottom of the cylinder tube. As you can see from drawing 3, when the pump sub-material (13) and outlet cap (2) move up, if we push the outlet cap (2) to move the

pump sub-material (13) down, the piston (9) and the piston path tube (12) also move down at the same time, and the inside the cylinder tube (20) will be charged with the pressure because of the compressed elastic spring (15). At this time, the substances (A) and the air in the cylinder tube (20) is compressed, and the bottom of the cylinder tube (20) is closed by the ball valve (16), so the compressed substances (A) and air move up through the piston path tube (12) and push the ball valve (10) to open and move out through halftone(36), outlet hole(35) and the outlet exit (1). When the substances (A) and the air go through the halftone, the particles spread and mixed balance. So the substances (A) can be flow out in the bubble because it is expanded when it go through the small outlet hole (35) and wide outlet exit (1). If we push the outlet cap (2) down, the substances (A) can flow out because of the cylinder tube (20) and piston path tube(12), and when we release the power, the piston path tube (12) move up because of the elasticity of the spring (15), so the piston (9) and the outlet cap (2) move up to the original location. At this time, the suction power occurs in the cylinder tube (20 ) because of the piston path tube (12) that moves up, so as drawing 2, this power make some substances (A) in the container (25) open the ball valve and inducted to the cylinder tube (20) again and wait until the next action. The induction tube (22) is installed near the bottom of the container (25), and as drawing 4, the bottom, side of the container (25) has the projected bottom (26), so the substances in the projected bottom (26) can't be used all and it can cause big economic and environmental damages. Moreover, the refill products for the existing container should be pour into the small hole, so it is very inconvenient. For example, if the fluid is as slow as shampoo, it takes a long time to pour it all out. Also because the container is not clear, it is difficult to check the amount that you are pouring. Technical Solution [4] Therefore, the top of the container(32), the place which is higher than the substance, has male screw and the bottom container (33) has male screw, so the top and bottom container can be separated and combined. The bottom of the bottom container (33) has semicircle shape (29) that the center is projected to the outside(29), and the bottom shapes like a flat saucer (31), the material of the container is clear and the cylinder shaped refill bag (37) that is made for putting in the container shapes projected to the outside and looks clear semicircle (39) which is the same shaped the container. The cylinder shaped refill bag (37) can be connected to the cylinder tube (20) through the spiral shaped container exit (38)

Advantageous Effects

[5] In this invention for the cylinder shaped refill bag (37) that uses pump body, the top of the container(32) and the bottom container (33) can be separated and combined. The

cylinder shaped refill bag (37) can be put into the container directly, also the bottom of the bottom container (33) has a semicircular shape (39) where the center is projected to the outside. The bottom of the induction tube (22) which is connected to the pump body touches the bottom center groove (29) so all substances can be used to the last drop. The bottom shapes like a flat saucer (31), so it can absorb the shock of the bottom and can be safely saved. The material of the cylinder shaped refill bag (37), top container and the bottom container is clear so we can check the substance inside imĀ¬ mediately. Brief Description of the Drawings

[14] The refill bag that can be put into the container directly and is connected with the outlet cap by using the nut tube of the container exit has a male screw on the top container and a female screw on the bottom container, so it can attached and detached. The bottom center of the bottom container has a semicircular shape in which the center is projected to the outside. By the inertia of the side wall and the bottom of the side wall, the bottom center groove is connected to the taper part which is down-slided semicircle shape. The bottom side of the bottom center groove is flat as a flat saucer and the bottom part of the induction tube that is connected with the inside the pump body of the top container touches the bottom center groove. The pump container which

is for the recycling liquid has clear top container and the bottom container, and the spiral shaped container entrance of the refill bag which is used in the container is connected with the pump body. The semicircle shaped bottom center is projected to the bottom which is the same shape with the bottom container and made with the clear material.

Mode for the Invention

[15] In this invention, the pump body which can discharge the substance through the outlet cap (2) consists of the top (32) and bottom container (33) that can be separated and be combined. The semicircle shape(29) of bottom center is projected to the down side and the bottom of the projected area is flat as a flat saucer (31). The cylinder shaped refill bag (37) will be put in the container that has pump function and made with the clear material, it means that the purpose of this invention was to provide the cylinder shaped refill bag (37) that can be used in the pump container for the recycling liquid. The examples of this invention shall be explained with the below drawings. Drawing 4 is a sectional drawing of the pump container, drawing 5 is an example of this invention; The container (25) which pump body (19) is connected with the outlet cap (2) by using the nut tube (14) of the container exit has the top container(32) and the bottom container(33), so it can separated and combined together. Put the cylinder shaped refill bag (37) in this container, so the cylinder tube (20) can be connected with the spiral shaped container entrance of the cylinder shaped refill bag. The bottom center of the bottom container(33) has semicircle shape that the center is projected to the outside(29). the bottom center groove (29) is connected to the taper part (28) which is down-slided semicircle shape through the side wall and the bottom of the side wall, so it's bottom (39) is the same shape with the semicircle shaped refill bag.

[16] The bottom side of the bottom center groove (29) is flat (31) as a flat saucer and the upper side of the bottom (3) is the same shape with the down side of the side wall(34) of the bottom container (33). Bottom part of the induction tube (22) that is connected with the inside the pump body(19) of the top container (25) should touch the bottom center groove(29). The top container(32) and the bottom container(33) should made with the clear material, so we can see the inside substance. The pump function of this invention has the same function with the others, so it will be not explained.

[17] As we can see from drawing 4 and 5, the container has top (32) and bottom container (33) which can be separated and can be combined to insert the refill bag (37) into the container. The bottom of induction tube (22) touches the bottom center groove (29) of the container (33) that is projected with the semicircle shape, so it can be used until all the substances are used. Moreover, because of the cylinder shaped refill bag (37), the top container (32) and the bottom container (33) is clear, so we don't need to

waste the substance because we can see it. In this case, the bottom center groove (29) is connected with the side wall (34) and the semicircle shaped taper part (28). When the substances are used all, it slowly moves down to the bottom center groove by the inertia and substances in the groove be discharged through the induction tube (22), so it can't be wasted. Moreover, saucer shaped top part (30) is connected with the side wall (34) of the bottom container (33), so it can safely be fixed in standing. The clear material of the cylinder shaped refill bag (37), the top container (32) and the bottom container (33) can make users to check the amounts of used, provides convenience, so it can economically and environmentally increase the consumer's purchase. As described above, it is clear to anyone with technical knowledge that this technique is not limited to the examples and drawings above, but it can be alternatively changed. Industrial Applicability

[18] In this invention, the cylinder shaped refill bag (37) can be put in the pump body container. Because the center of the bottom container (33) has projected semicircle shapes (29), so the rest of the substances can be used. Moreover, the container and the cylinder shaped refill bag (37) are made of clear material so we can check how much has been used. This is functionally very practical and convenience for the users. So it can economically and environmentally increase the consumer's purchase. Sequence Listing
