Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for processing round toothbrush bristles using artificial bristles, wherein the method for processing round toothbrush bristles comprises the steps of: cutting a filament bundle of artificial bristles; mechanically polishing the cut ends of the filament bundle of artificial bristles; heat treating the polished ends of the filament bundle of artificial bristles; and trimming the heat treated ends of the filament bundle of artificial bristles into a round shape. According to the present invention, provided are round toothbrush bristles capable of improving gum health by preventing damage to the gums caused by irritation from the ends of toothbrush bristles by softly processing at least one end of a toothbrush bristle into a round shape and by obtaining a gum massaging effect through the roundly-processed end of a toothbrush bristle, and a processing method thereof.
