Abstract:
A roundness working method and a roundness working device in an NC machine tool. In the method, the working route (21) of a spindle is divided into a plurality of measurement points, and lengths from the center (24) of a complete round (20) to the measurement points on the working route (21) of the spindle are measured. The measured values are compared with the length of the radius of the complete round (20), and the displacements (D1, D2) of the working route from the complete round (20) at the measurement points are calculated. The displacements (D1, D2) are transferred symmetrically with respect to the complete round in the radial direction of the complete round (20) to provide transfer positions (28, 28A). Then, as correction values for correcting the displacements (D1, D2), an X-axis incremental amount and a Y-axis incremental amount provided from a difference in transfer position between the measurement points or an X-axis absolute value and a Y-axis absolute value of the transfer positions at the measurement points are incorporated in an NC machining program, and the roundness working is performed according to the program.
