Abstract:
A row hammer refresh method, a row hammer refresh circuit, and a semiconductor memory. The method comprises: determining a row hammer refresh instruction for a target word line (S101); according to the row hammer refresh instruction, setting a preset row hammer refresh signal to be in an effective state, wherein the effective state of the preset row hammer refresh signal indicates that the row hammer refresh instruction is executed in a first refresh cycle (S102); and if it is detected that the row hammer refresh instruction is not completed within the first refresh cycle, extending the effective state of the preset row hammer refresh signal until the next refresh cycle of the first refresh cycle (S103).
