Abstract:
An RRAM array summation operation circuit and method. The RRAM array summation operation circuit comprises: a current input unit (4), which is used for providing a plurality of currents to be subjected to operation; a first current mirror unit (1), which is electrically connected to the current input unit (4) and is used for scaling the plurality of said currents according to a first proportion and then outputting same; a second current mirror unit (2), which is electrically connected to the first current mirror unit (1) and is used for scaling, according to a second proportion, a current output by the first current mirror unit (1); a third current mirror unit (3), which is electrically connected to the first current mirror unit (1) and the second current mirror unit (2) and is used for scaling, according to a third proportion, a current output by the second current mirror unit (2) and then maintaining same; and an output unit (5), which is electrically connected to the second current mirror unit (2) and is used for scaling a current of the second current mirror unit (2) according to a preset proportion and then outputting same. Therefore, weighted summation of a plurality of array currents can be completed with relatively low power consumption, and errors are effectively reduced.
