Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are an RS measurement method and apparatus, and a communication device. The RS measurement method, when being executed by a terminal, comprises: receiving RS measurement instruction information sent by a network side device; the RS measurement instruction information being used for instructing the terminal to perform layer 1 beam measurement of a first cell RS; and performing the layer 1 beam measurement of the first cell RS on the basis of the RS measurement instruction information, wherein the terminal performs scheduling limiting and/or rate matching on a second cell during the layer 1 beam measurement of the first cell RS.
