Abstract:
The present invention relates to an RTX toxin production inhibitor and a composition for treating a symptom of vibrio infection by using same. N-(4-oxo-4H-thieno[3,4-c]chromen-3-yl)-3-phenylprop-2-ynamide having the structure of chemical formula 11 or the derivatives thereof including a compound having the structure of the following chemical formula 12, a compound having the structure of the following chemical formula 13, a compound having the structure of the following chemical formula 14, a compound having the structure of the following chemical formula 15, a compound having the structure of the following chemical formula 16, a compound having the structure of the following chemical formula 17, a compound having the structure of the following chemical formula 21, a compound having the structure of the following chemical formula 22, a compound having the structure of the following chemical formula 23, a compound having the structure of the following chemical formula 24, a compound having the structure of the following chemical formula 25, a compound having the structure of the following chemical formula 26, a compound having the structure of the following chemical formula 27, a compound having the structure of the following chemical formula 28, a compound having the structure of the following chemical formula 29, which are all excavated in the present invention, can repress (prevent or treat) a symptom of vibrio infection by inhibiting RTX toxin production, other than directly killing vibrio bacteria, to not allow vibrio bacteria to have pathogenicity. Therefore, the present invention may be an alternative strategy to antibiotics that aim to kill bacteria themselves and thus fundamentally retain the problem of resistance incurrence.
