Abstract:
A rubber belt steel wire rope having high adhesion performance, comprising a rope core (1) and rope strands (2), the rope strands (2) being twisted on the rope core (1), the surfaces of several spaced apart steel wires within outer layer steel wires of the rope strands (2) being provided with spiral grooves (2.2), the depth of the spiral grooves (2.2) being 0.4-0.6% or 1.5-2.5% of the diameter of the steel wires, the spiral pitch of the spiral grooves (2.2) being 0.5-0.6 times the diameter of the steel wires. The present technical solution enables rubber to fully penetrate between the strands of the steel wire rope, thereby improving the adhesion strength of the rubber and the steel wire rope, and further improving the corrosion resistance of the steel wire rope and increasing the dynamic fatigue life of a conveyor belt.
