Abstract:
Provided are a rubber composite material and composite panel made from said material, and a panel process; the rubber composite material contains the following substances and parts by weight: 100 parts of reclaimed rubber; 150-300 parts of pebbles; 18.5-85 parts of rubber compounding agent, said reclaimed rubber being any one of whole-tire reclaimed rubber, tread reclaimed rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer, and butyl reclaimed rubber. The rubber compounding agent is a combination of at least 11 of: stearic acid, zinc oxide, sulfur, the promoting agent TT, the promoting agent DM, the promoting agent M, N330 carbon black, N220 carbon black, parrafin wax, coumarone resin, zinc borate, tricresyl phosphate, the anti-aging agent 4010NA, and light calcium carbonate. The present invention has the following advantages: the main starting materials of the present invention are reclaimed rubber and pebbles; price is low and production costs are low; the reclaimed rubber may be whole-tire reclaimed rubber and tread reclaimed rubber; and discarded tires may be effectively turned into valuable material, reducing the pollution of the environment by used tires.
