Abstract:
A rubber composite constituted of at least two layer members made of rubber compositions containing sulfur-crosslinked diene rubbers, in which the sulfur concentration difference between layer members adjacent to each other is 1.5 parts by mass or above per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component of the composition, and between the adjacent layer members, the low-sulfur rubber composition contains zinc oxide and an antioxidant and/or naphthohydrazide in amounts (per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component of the low-sulfur rubber composition) satisfying the following relationships (I) and (II) and which is freed from the problems due to the difference between adjacent rubber compositions containing sulfur-crosslinked diene rubbers in the components, particularly in sulfur concentration, without using any novel raw material or member; and tires made by using the rubber composite: amount (parts by mass) of zinc oxide added to the low-sulfur rubber composition > Sb x 1.3 + (Sa-Sb) x 0.3... (I) [wherein Sa is amount (parts by mass) of sulfur added to the high-sulfur rubber composition; and Sb is amount (parts by mass) of sulfur added to the low-sulfur rubber composition], and amount (mol) of antioxidant and/or naphthohydrazide added to the low-sulfur rubber composition > 0.005 + (Sa-Sb)/2000...(II) [wherein Sa and Sb are as defined for the relationship (I)].
