Abstract:
The present invention provides an anti-vibration rubber composition obtained by mixing (A) 32-60 parts by weight of carbon black A having an average particle diameter of 60-100 nm, an iodine adsorption amount of 14-23 g/kg, and a DBP oil absorption amount of 100 ml/100 g or more, (B) 10-30 parts by weight of carbon black B having an average particle diameter of 40-50 nm, an iodine adsorption amount of 35-49 g/kg, and a DBP oil absorption amount of 100-160 ml/100 g, (C) 2-10 parts by weight of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, and (D) 0-16 parts by weight of silica, with respect to 100 parts by weight of an ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer rubber (EPDM). This anti-vibration rubber composition can be effectively used as a vulcanization molding material for a center bearing support, etc., which has a low dynamic magnification (small increase in the elastic modulus with an increase in the deformation rate of a rubber), excellent durability (proof stress against breakage due to repetitive deformation of a rubber), and excellent heat resistance.
