Abstract:
Provided is a rubber composition used for preparing a fireproof series load-bearing radial tyre tread, belonging to the field of tyres, having excellent material mechanical properties and good processing performance, being particularly suitable for fireproof series load-bearing radial tyre treads, and significantly improving tyre flame retardancy and fire safety performance. The rubber composition used for preparing a fireproof series load-bearing radial tyre tread comprises the components of: 100 parts by weight of a base rubber, 5-8 parts by weight of an active agent, 5-20 parts by weight of white carbon black, 36-51 parts by weight of carbon black, 0.5-2 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent, 1-4 parts by weight of a processing additive, 1-2.5 parts by weight of an accelerant, 4-10 parts by weight of an anti-ageing agent, 1-2 parts by weight of a vulcanising agent, and 31-39 parts by weight of a flame retardant.
