Abstract:
Provided is a rubber composition for a vibration-proof rubber which does not undergo the change in dynamic spring constant in a cryogenic region over time. A rubber composition for a vibration-proof rubber, which comprises 100 parts by weight of a rubber component and 1 to 5 parts by weight of a paraffin wax, wherein a wax that is separated and purified from a vacuum distillation distillate oil is used as the paraffin wax. The rubber component comprises 10 to 30 parts by weight of a polybutadiene rubber and 70 to 90 parts by weight of a polyisoprene rubber, and a sulfur-containing vulcanizing agent is contained in an amount of less than 1.0 part by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the rubber component.
