Abstract:

A rubber for a compressor driving disc of an automobile air conditioner and a preparation method therefor, relating to the field of rubber. The rubber comprises sulfur powder, 2-deoxy-22-difluoropentafluranose 1 ketone 35-dibenzoate, nitrile rubber, zinc borate, an accelerant M, carbon black, an accelerant TMTD, chloroprene rubber, 80-150 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl p-phenylenediamine, an accelerant CZ, ETU-80, zinc oxide, a coupling agent, stearic acid, white carbon black, a flame retardant FR-320, magnesium hydroxide, 5-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2H-pyran-2-ketone, a processing aid WB -16, carnauba wax, and a dioctyl ester. The present invention can resolve the problem in the existing technology of rubber for a compressor driving disc of an automobile air conditioner easily aging due to an inability to adapt to harsh environments.
