Title:
RUBBER CROSSLINKED MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/086358
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a rubber crosslinked material produced by crosslinking a nitrile rubber composition. The nitrile rubber composition comprises: (a) a carboxyl-group-containing highly saturated nitrile rubber which has 5 to 60% by weight of an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer unit and an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated monocarboxylic acid ester monomer unit and has a iodine value of 120 or less; (b) a surface-treated silicate salt; and (c) a polyamine-type crosslinking agent. In the nitrile rubber composition, the content of the polyamine-type crosslinking agent (c) is 0.1 to 20 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the carboxyl-group-containing highly saturated nitrile rubber (a). The rubber crosslinked material has such a property that, when such a compressive stress relaxation test that the rubber crosslinked material is retained at 150ºC in a 25%-compressed state is carried out, the time until the compressive stress is decreased to 50% of an initial compressive stress at the initiation of the compressive stress relaxation test is 300 hours or longer, wherein the initial compressive stress is a compressive stress that is measured 30 minutes after the initiation of the compressive stress relaxation test.
