Abstract:

A rubber-metal laminated gasket material which is obtained by sequentially laminating a surface treatment agent layer, an adhesive layer and a rubber layer on a metal plate, and which is characterized in that the surface treatment agent layer is formed by applying a surface treatment agent such that the application amount on one surface is 30-1,000 mg/m2, said surface treatment agent containing no chromium, having a mixing ratio of 20-90% by weight of a fluorine-free titanium compound and 10-80% by weight of alumina, and having a titanium metal content of 1-20% by weight. This rubber-metal laminated gasket material has excellent LLC resistance under high temperature conditions.
