Abstract:
A rubber pad to be attached to a metal crawler provided on a mobile construction machine. This rubber pad (3) includes two pad members (4, 4') comprising rubber lugs (4a, 4a') which is shorter than 1/2 of a shoe plate formed out of a rubber material in the lengthwise direction thereof, and core metals (6, 6') buried in non-ground-surface-contacting side portions of the rubber lugs and provided at one end portions thereof with hooks (6a, 6a') engageable with end portions of the shoe plate (1) and at the other end portions thereof with connecting parts (6b, 6b') having elongated bores (6h, 6h'). The pad members (4, 4') are placed on the shoe plate so that the pad members are opposed to each other via the connecting parts, and a wedge type metal member (5b) is inserted in the elongated bores, the pad members and shoe plate being then joined together by a bolt (5). Thus, the pad members are detachably fixed to the shoe plate.
