Abstract:
A rubber sheet processing machine, comprising a frame, internally provided with a lower pressure roller, a hot roller, a supporting roller, and an upper pressure roller; the lower pressure roller, supporting roller, and upper pressure roller being distributed in a triangular shape; the hot roller being located between the upper pressure roller and the lower pressure roller; a drive belt being mounted between the lower pressure roller, the hot roller, the supporting roller, and the upper pressure roller; the lower pressure roller, supporting roller, and upper pressure roller being located on the inner side of the drive belt and the hot roller being located on the outer side of the drive belt; a driven roller and a driving roller being mounted inside the frame, a conveyor belt being mounted at the outer periphery of the driven roller and driving roller; the diameter of the driven roller being smaller than the diameter of the driving roller; the diameter of the driving roller being equal to the diameter of the lower pressure roller. The invention is provided with a conveying mechanism. The conveying mechanism spreads a granular feedstock evenly, then feeds same directly into a vulcanization mechanism, where the feedstock is heated, vulcanized, and formed, thus substantially shortening the process and improving production efficiency. The invention is also equipped with a deagglomeration mechanism capable of breaking down agglomerated granular feedstock, ensuring that the feedstock can be spread uniformly on the conveying mechanism and thus ensuring the quality of the rubber sheet.
