Abstract:
The present invention provides a rubber socket for testing a semiconductor element, and a conductive member for the rubber socket, the rubber socket comprising: a main body formed of an insulation material; and a plurality of electricity-conducting rods arranged in the height direction of the main body, wherein the electricity-conducting rods are obtained by mixing a plurality of conductive members and a bonding material for integrally coupling the plurality of conductive members, the conductive members include first conductive particles and second conductive particles bonded to each other, and the first conductive particles and the second conductive particles are connected to each other while maintaining the respective shapes thereof, thereby defining the total length of the conductive members corresponding to the sum of individual lengths of respective particles with respect to the connection direction, and thus conduction resistance in the connection direction is reduced.
