Abstract:
A rubber tube for strength training, comprising an inner core layer (1), a first braided layer (2), a middle core layer (3), a second braided layer (4), and an elastic outer layer (5) which are sequentially provided. The inner core layer (1) is a natural rubber layer or a synthetic elastomer layer; the middle core layer (3) is a natural rubber layer or a synthetic elastomer layer; the elastic outer layer (5) is a natural rubber layer or a synthetic elastomer layer. According to the rubber tube, by means of the configurations of the layers, the inner core layer (1), the first braided layer (2), the middle core layer (3), the second braided layer (4), and the elastic outer layer (5) are all elastic, it is ensured that the rubber tube can be extended 1-5 times under the action of external force and can be quickly retracted after the external force is removed, the elastic force can be uniformly dispersed in the retraction process after high-strength stretching, and the service life is effectively prolonged.
