So that the vehicle will not flankdip (or deviate) and still in the same line of walk (driving) to the nearest place for mending so the driver will not have any distraction and the passengers with him, or the vehicle will not damage and its cargoes and the people that carries. Mending or replacement is done without any insult for the driver of the vehicle and without and delay to the traffic to be easy besides preserving the outside tyre from damage because of the lack in the amount of air coming out as it is little enough to cut the outside tyre as it is usual.

So if the piston ring detonated or the tyre without any piston ring, this will lead to the deviation or crashing of this vehicle or to turn down and this happens in the case of using brakes or the extra speed or driving in careless ways.

So, safety is nil in the vehicle for these reasons. But what some firms founded from fixing flanges for settlement when the detonation happens on the other hand break may be happened with these flanges because they are not working for a long time. Or because they are safety only, otherwise these flanges are for absorbing crashes and this will lead to distraction for the driver and the passengers on this vehicle.

Also, if the tyre without piston ring has any damages, the vehicle will be exposed to dangers, and it is first or last after the end of the expiry of the tyre, the chance of full damages will be increased, so it needs an interior piston ring as the tyre is exposed to danger because of having only one piston ring. So, the vehicle will not flankdip turn down and the passengers will not be exposed to distraction in the vehicle also the driver will drive peacefully and will not need any adds in his vehicle and does not need to hold with the steering wheel as it is common. Recent tyres can be made without piston rings in the same specifications of may invention for increasing the element of safety in the vehicle sooner or later single interior piston ring is fixed only after the end of the expircy and being as normal tyre.

So, why this tyre is not made by the same specifications and to be ready for being multi interior piston rings and also the pulley (wheel rim/rim).
