Abstract:
A rubbing-alignment method comprises the following steps: S1, providing a transparent substrate (102) comprising a surface having an alignment film (103) disposed thereon, and moving the transparent substrate (102) along a first direction; S2, while moving the transparent substrate (102), preforming rubbing by rolling, with a rubbing roller covered by a rubbing cloth (104) on a surface thereof, on the alignment film (103) on the surface of the transparent substrate (102), and arranging, using an ultrasound wave and in real time, cloth fibers of the rubbing cloth (104) in order. Also provided is a rubbing-alignment device, adopting an ultrasound wave to promptly and uniformly arrange cloth fibers of the rubbing cloth (104) in order, resulting in more uniformly arranged cloth fibers, addressing the issue of uneven rubbing alignment stripes on the surface of the transparent substrate (102), and increasing a yield rate of a liquid crystal display panel.
