A run-flat tire hub (100) comprises a hub main body (10) and a protruding run-flat retainer (30). The hub main body (10) comprises a bent portion (12). The bent portion (12) is used to mount a tubeless tire (20). The hub main body (10) has a central axis (11). The protruding run-flat retainer (30) is fixed on the hub main body (10). The distance from an upper end of the protruding run-flat retainer (30) to the central axis (11) is L1, and the distance from an upper end of the bent portion (12) to the central axis (11) is L2, where L1 > L2. When a tire of a moving vehicle bursts or loses pressure abruptly, since the distance L1 from the upper end of the protruding run-flat retainer (30) to the central axis (11) is greater than the distance L2 from the upper end of the bent portion (12) to the central axis (11), the protruding run-flat retainer (30) reduces the distance between the hub and the ground when the tire bursts, that is, the protruding run-flat retainer (30), rather than a cover tire of the tubeless tire (20), stably contacts the ground, thereby improving safety performance, effectively reducing the impact caused by uneven braking, veering, and stopping, and greatly reducing the occurrence of a primary or secondary accident.
