Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a side-reinforced run-flat tire having snow performance which is improved over conventional tires. The present invention is a run-flat tire, comprising a tread section 1, a sidewall section 2, and a bead section 3, in which side reinforcement rubber 21 with a crescent-shaped cross-section is provided in the sidewall section. At least one circumferential groove extending in the circumferential direction of the tire and a plurality of rows of circumferential sipes continuous in the circumferential direction of the tire are provided in the tread surface of at least one of a pair of tread half-width regions divided by the tire equatorial plane. At least one shoulder-section circumferential sipe is provided in a shoulder land section. At least one inner circumferential sipe is provided in an inner land section. The width of the shoulder-section circumferential sipe is greater than that of the inner circumferential sipe, and the depth of the shoulder-section circumferential sipe is less than that of the inner circumferential sipe.
