The present invention relates to a run-resistant functional stocking using a polyurethane or polyurethane urea elastic fiber having a low melting point. More particularly, the present invention relates to a run-resistant functional stocking and to a method for manufacturing same, wherein the stocking is manufactured by knitting polyurethane or polyurethane urea elastic fiber having a melting point of 100 to 180°C supplied to all feeders, and steam-setting the knitted stocking at a temperature of 100 to 130°C such that thermofusion between the elastic fibers may occur and such that the thermofusion force between elastic fibers is 0.1g/de or higher.
