Abstract:
The present invention has a simple configuration, and thus can prevent a consumer from being burdened by a purchase cost thereof and can make a user effectively increase running muscle power by running as usual in a state where the present invention is worn on the user's foot and ankle. The running muscle power strengthening wearable tool according to the present invention can remove the necessity of using a particular place or particular equipment as is required in tire dragging, running on the sand, uphill-road or mountain-road running, or running against air. Therefore, according to the present invention, a user can run in any running place by using only a simple wearable tool. The running muscle power strengthening wearable tool enables the user to safely exercise by fixing a tubing-shaped elastic band by a fixing ring made of a fabric and thus can prevent the user's ankle from being injured.
