Abstract:
A running pattern creation device is provided with a section running time determination unit and a running pattern creation unit in order to determine, when creating an inter-station running pattern, the running times of a plurality of sections between stations while maximally ensuring time by which arrival time can be advanced to reduce delay recovery time during the restoration of train schedule disruption and so that an energy-saving running pattern can be created when the arrival time is continuously delayed due to the occurrence of the train schedule disruption. The section running time determination unit assigns, from an inter-station running time, section running times for a plurality of divided sections between the stations, and changes the assignment of the section running times in accordance with a change of a required arrival time for the next station. The running pattern creation unit creates running patterns on a per-section basis on the basis of the section running times, and combines said running patterns to create the inter-station running pattern.
