Abstract:
An extremely epoch-making running tool (3) having excellent steerability and stability and allowed to run on a running surface while freely performing turning operation and braking operation, comprising a ground contact part (2) and a openable operating part (4). The running tool (3) is so formed that both the braking performance and turning performance of the running tool (3) can be adjusted by the opening operation of the operating part (4).
