Abstract:
Provided is a Brassica oleracea plant having a high S-methylmethionine content. The present invention pertains to a Brassica oleracea plant that contains S-methylmethionine at a higher concentration than existing Brassica oleracea plants, more specifically, a Brassica oleracea plant that has an S-methylmethionine content of 48 mg/100 g FW (in terms of fresh weight) or greater.
