Abstract:
Provided is a structure that enables response in consideration of emergency in a saddle-ride type vehicle equipped with an electronic key authentication system. This saddle-ride type vehicle comprises a smart lock module (50A) which enables unlocking of a seat (17) and a fuel lid (72) and enables a start operation for an engine (27) and an unlocking operation for a handle (25) through an electronic key authentication system (50), the vehicle also comprising a body cover (35) arranged around the smart lock module (50A), wherein the smart lock module (50A) includes an insertion portion (56a) used for insertion of an emergency unlocking key (57) capable of unlocking the seat (17) in emergency, and the insertion portion (56a) is positioned on a rear side of the vehicle with respect to the smart lock module (50A).
