Abstract:
A saddle-ride type vehicle (1) comprises: a plurality of haptic devices (31, 32L, 32R, 33L, 33R) that can stimulate the haptic sense of a driver; a detection unit (20) that detects the approach and approach direction of an object O to the saddle-ride type vehicle; and a control unit (21) that controls the plurality of haptic devices according to a detection result from the detection unit (20). The plurality of haptic devices include a first haptic device (31), a second left haptic device (32L) and a second right haptic device (32R), and a third left haptic device (33L) and a third right haptic device (33R). The second left haptic device (32L) and the second right haptic device (32R) are arranged further to the front side of the vehicle than the first haptic device, and are arranged in the vehicle width direction at one side and another side, respectively, in relation to a center line CL that passes through the first haptic device and extends in the vehicle front/rear direction. The third left haptic device (33L) and the third right haptic device (33R) are arranged between the first haptic device and the second left and the second right haptic devices, respectively, in the vehicle front/rear direction and are arranged at one side and the other side, respectively, in relation to the center line CL.
